This is a must have for every wedding and the most recommended. I’m happy to offer you my attentive Event Management services for 3 days with this option. I'll handle all the details for setup/decorating and rehearsal, during and after the party, so you can focus on enjoying your spectacular event. This typically includes:

• Initial consultation to determine the specific need of the client and event

• Decorating and setup of venue

• Direction of rehearsal & ceremony

• Customized timelines

• Confirm all details with wedding vendors

• Distribution of final payments and gratuities

• Secure gifts and personal items

• Access to our wedding day "emergency" kits

• up to 12 hours of on-site services on day of wedding

• In person/zoom/phone meeting to finalize details up to a week before the wedding day

Sometimes we all need a little extra help or start loosing track of time. This package is perfect for that it includes everything from the Day of coordination plus:
- extra in person or virtual communications - assistance with coordinating vendors- making or creating decorations - gather and executing last minute ideas
This usually comes in handy for time crunches and those final touches.

Make your events worthwhile with Controlled Chaos Wedding and Event Planning. I’ll take care of all the logistics, so you can just sit back and enjoy the day. With this service you can pick and chose what you will need! It automatically includes the Day of coordination package, but this way you can utilize us from the Day you start planning! Just keep in mind this does exclude us from going to some of your vendor visits outside of your venue!
